Reservation conditions, changes and returns

Ruta de los Abastos will have reservations exclusively under a prior payment method, through the website or email.
- Reservation with prior payment: The client may make the reservation with a minimum of 48 hours in advance. With this type of reservation the client will be asked to pay the total final price.
In the case of reservations via email, it will be essential for the client to send proof of transfer to the email rutadelosabastos@gmail.com.
Ruta de Los Abastos will ALWAYS send confirmation of the contracted experience and its details via email.

Cancellation and date change conditions

- Reservation cancellations must occur with a minimum of 24 hours to be refunded
Any refunds that may be made will be made deducting administrative fees, bank fees, service charges and/or commissions according to the case; and such disbursements will be made effective (30) business days after positive confirmation of the refund.
- If the cancellation is requested with less than 24 hours. in advance no refund will be made.
- For date changes, they must be made with a minimum of 24 hours and are subject to availability.
- If you do not show up on the day of the experience or activity at the appointed time, the value of the payment you made is NOT refundable and you will NOT have the right to use this value as credit for another experience.
